So Ella hates pretty much all jocks, even though she technically is one since she's on the football team. However she hasn't met anyone on the basketball team yet, perhaps he can change her mind that not everyone thats a jock is so bad? She's shy at first, especially around cute guys, but once she warms up, she's a little firecracker.

Super shy and sweet I think these two should be friends. She's timid, bookish, and calm which would be a pretty good balance for Eli's outgoing, bouncy, spazzy ways. I think he'd really be able to bring some healthy laughter into her life and Teagan needs that sort of thing.

Damian is super energetic and hyper and immature so he'd no doubt bring that energetic side out of Elijah. They must be best friends because THIS & THIS & THIS & THIS and I think I've made my point but YES BEST FRIENDS. He'd adore Elijah's artsy side and just be astounded at the talent to paint because he definitely can only draw THIS.

One, Teagan is one of my favorite names. Two, she is absolutely adorable. I think they would get along quite well and be absolutely cute as asdfghjkl; while doing it! So, do you just want them to be friends or do you have anything specific in mind?

I already told you this, but I love you SO FLIPPIN' MUCH, DEE! Oh my goodness! I think they would be great friends! Damian's positivity/optimism would definitely be a good influence on Eli. I have the feeling that these two could get into a good bit of mischief without even trying, just by their personalities.

So I just realized that we had posted about this a month ago, but I never replied. It would be kind of fun for them to not like each other at first sort of neutral type thing. She’s shy around the jocks, thinking that they all want to kick her butt, but I think it’s a good bond between them. So I think a good friendship in the end would be nice. Perhaps he can be a victim to one of her pranks on the jocks?

Okay, so this is almost too perfect. They are like almost opposites. Ella is crazy, energetic, bouncing around, always getting hurt. I can just see Ella rolling down a hill in a trash can, knocking Kat over, then crawling out like, ‘omg, I have to do that again. You want to give it a shot?’ I can see an odd friendship blooming from these two.

Gemma &&&

Codie

Okay so this could be kind of fun, there’s a couple different options. Boring #1. They are friends from cheerleading, typical girlfriends, still friends after Codie is kicked off. Blah blah typical blah.
Option #2. Codie gets kicked off the squad and is now like ‘banished’ from the group so all friendships would be terminated. But here’s the fun part. Since Gemma seems like a nice person, perhaps she could be a secret friend type to Codie. You know still bash her/ignore her when the others around, but in private they could still be friends.

Those are a few ideas, I still have Sunshine, Lexi, Chelsie, and Brady, but I’m drawing a blank on how to plot them. Feel free to add whatever!

Don't worry about it; I've had my hands full the past few weeks. Okay, so I LOVE the idea of him being a victim of one of her pranks. He usually ends up hanging around "jocky" guys by default, so it would make absolute sense that he gets wrapped up in it. I think after he got over it, you know, give him ten minutes to laugh it off, we could figure something out that they become friends.

I also love, love, love this idea! You're totally right about them being complete opposites. Kat would probably be like "Uh, what the hell?" at first, but with a bit of coaxing her adventurous side would win out. I think they'd end up being sort of those two friends that you didn't really see coming, but if you think about it a bit, it works. Kat is quiet, but she's highly adventurous, which means a whole lot of fun. I think Ella could really break Kat out of her shell.

GEMMA&&CODIE

I think the second option sounds a lot more like something that Gemma would do. She's a follower and likes to preserve her reputation, so she'd probably follow along with what all the other cheerleaders are doing but still secretly miss Codie being on the squad. And of course, if they were to run into each other alone, she'd be perfectly friendly. Of course, however Codie feels about her actions is completely up to you.

it has been K I L L I N G me trying to think of a connection for these two, but I've finally done it. quite a while ago, actually. and then I forgot to post it in your plotter and I'm just a failure all around and I'm so sorry. HOWABOUT THIS: when Eli and Dee's Damien were freshmen and Tariq was a junior, Mayview was running a kind of induction/befriending scheme were all freshmen were assigned an older 'buddy' to show them around the school and keep an eye on them and basically just help ease them into boarding school life. Tariq was that buddy, and maybe they've been friendly with each other ever since. Damien gets on Tariq's nerves like crazy (although mostly in a fond-little-brother way), but he'd genuinely like and respect Eli a lot. They both come from predominantly female households, even!! Tariq has two sisters, a very slightly overbearing mother, a lot of contact with various aunts and not to mention an ancient grandmother who regularly comes to stay with them -- his house, too, is very high in oestrogen. (is it any wonder he wanted to go to boarding school??) and they're both kind of respectful of and reserved with the ~ladies, and they're both just very well brought up young men and?? I have no idea why I didn't post in here before. I really think it was just the age thing. Tariq, as a general rule, doesn't like hanging out with people younger than him. but I think he'd make an exception for Eli.





Kat would know Tariq as newspaper editor. he's kind of strict and uncompromising about it and he'd probably push her too hard - but at the same time, he might be a little patronising in which articles he actually assigns to her, because of her age. she'd definitely have to ~prove herself as punctual and competent in order to get anything interesting. he's not the nicest person to have an extracurricular with because he just takes it so seriously.

OHMYGOSH, VELVET, YOU DID IT! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH RIGHT NOW! Your idea is perfect in every way. Eli would totally look up to Tariq, especially due to their similar backgrounds. I just can't get over how much I love this idea! (Oh, and I may have misread, but I think Tariq's app said something about liking running, so that's another plus!)

I really enjoy the thought of this plot as well. The attitude you described would be exactly the kind of thing that pushes Kat to get better. She'd get soo irritated with him for giving her the "lower-caste" articles that most people don't give a crap about. But at the same time, she wouldn't necessarily dislike him, because she sort of gets what's going through his head. It still wouldn't stop her trying to better herself because, honestly, who wants to write an article on cafeteria food?

From his app and his portion of your plot page, it seems like they definitely would have had some kind of relationship in the past. I mean, he's pretty much the type that Gemma goes for. She definitely would have drooled over him, especially when she was a freshman/early sophomore or so. Him giving her the time of day would've been like Heaven on Earth in her mind. So...yeah, I think there would've been something between them at some point. Whatever that is and however it ended - whatever you want is cool with me!
