Okay, I know I've been pretty pathetic when it comes to getting up replies in a timely manner, but here's a short list of why that will be continuing for at least a few more weeks.
- School: Apparently all teachers decide that the last eight weeks of the semester is the perfect time to kick it into overload and give you everything all at once. I've got to put more time into one of my classes, and then in another, I just end up with mountains upon mountains of homework.
- Band: I have scale try-outs probably sometime in April, so I'm working on that. Then I have squad leader try-outs next Tuesday (3/26), which will make one thing crossed off the list. The Thursday of the week after that (4/4) is drum major tryouts. After that, I'll have a good bit more time.
- History Club: I'm the administrative president of the club (aka paperwork and everything requiring organization). We're currently working on organizing a field trip for the middle of May, so I'll lose a good bit of time. Details, reservations, getting money from people, finding more people to go, etc. This one lasts from now until ~May 18th, give or take a few days.
- Summer College: So, the admissions office either just confused or they messed something up with my acceptance to the high school summer college that I'm planning to attend at the end of May (through the end of June), so we're trying to get that straightened out. Our regional admissions counselor is, I'm sorry, not very bright, so it's more stressful than it should be. Then there's all of the other stuff that we'll have to take care of for it after that's straightened out...woo.
- Life: And on top of all of this, I still have to have a real life. I have chores to be done, sleep to get, food to eat, friends to hang out with when I can, and of course, posts to write for here.
It'll be better once I figure out a rhythm that works for me, but I just wanted to let people know that I'm not ignoring posts on purpose! I'll get them done ASAP, even if I have to write them in Spanish (let's face it, I don't do anything better with my time in there).

Good luck with everything, its a hard time of the year for a lot of people, but at least your setting your priorities right =)

Well, one of the most stressful parts of this semester is over! I'm now my high school marching band's drum major!
