If his last name wasn't a giveaway, he grew up in a pretty big Italian family. He has three older sisters [27, 25 and 20], and two younger brothers [13 and 8]. His parents, Giovanni and Maryna Santino had one of those whirlwind romances when they were young, causing them to have Bentley's older sister when they were nineteen years old. And because his family is so large and so in touch with their relatives who still live in Italy, he's fluent in Italian, which he'll admittedly use sometimes to impress girls. But, underneath the bravado of being a popular kid with nothing to lose, he's a really sweet guy who would do anything for anyone.
FRIENDS He's bound to have quite a few of these. While he fits in more with the popular crowd and everything, he'll probably be friends with most of the people in the average section. I doubt he'll know of most of the outcasts, but if put in a situation with them for something, he'll be friendly. Once you've got him as a friend, he's super loyal and will go out on limbs to make sure his friends are okay if they're in trouble or just need hep or advice.
ENEMIES Well, Bent's bound to have a few of these. Because of his popular status, he could be disliked because of it. While he doesn't usually intend to get on people's bad sides, it happens. He can come off as arrogant sometimes, especially when he's around his closest friends. And in those situations, he might ignore someone from other clique unintentionally and problems can blossom from that. Overall, most of the people who dislike him might be more annoyed with his attitude than anything else.
LOVERS Ah, the best part of it all. Now, since he comes from a big Italian family, that's kind of what he wants. And he aims to get it. He's a really big flirt, and is not above random hookups. As stated before, he will often speak Italian to impress a girl, and more often than not, it works. He still wants that fantasy of finding the perfect girl, get married and have a big family. And whichever girl manages to get this boy's heart, better get ready for those plans too. For now, he'll probably go for a few small flings, one night stands, etc. But, his final is also open, so if there's any girl out there who wants what he does, it'll be great! Two popular juniors. I figure they'll know each other. Bentley would probably bring out Gemma's good side more often than not, which I don't think anyone would complain about. Aside from the lil bishes that make her be mean...anyway, I can see them being friends. Maybe even more. She isn't a one night stand type of girl, so maybe a fling or an actual relationship. I mean, Gemma really has nothing set romantically, so she's open for anything you want to do. Which you should totally tell me, because you probably have better ideas. ;)
ELIJAH&BENTLEY
These two would probably know each other from cross country, and Bentley seems like a pretty nice guy, so I could see these two as friends. Eli would probably even look up to him, even though Bentley isn't that much older than him. He'd probably consult Bentley about most of his female troubles (or lack thereof at this point...). I think they'd really just hang out and be bros or whatever it's called now.
I had nothing for Kat and Bentley, so, yeah... :D

Yeah, I'm betting he'd know her haha. And I'd believe he could bring out her good side, since he's pretty charismatic and everything. As for relationship stuff.. right now he's in the short relationship type of mind, none of his girlfriends are around for longer than five months. So, if Gemma wants to be one of those relationships, that's fine. He still stays friends with most of his exes, so even if they dated and broke up, he'd still be friendly towards her.
BENTLEY&&ELIJAH
Yeah, I'd say they'd get along pretty well, especially if they're both on the cross-country team. He likes being close to his teammates, because he knows they have to all work together to win and everything. And he'd be more than happy to give Eli girl advice haha, even act as a wingman if the situation called for it. But sure, bros it is!! Hehe

Works for me! Thinking about it, Gemma doesn't seem like the type to stay tied down for a super long time, so a short couple-of-months-long relationship would be perfect. I think she'd probably just realize that she didn't actually like him in that sense of the word and try to end it as gently as possible. Unless you want him to be the dumper. Either way works for me. And I think they'd definitely still be able to be friends afterward.

They're both on the cross country team, so they probably know each other. Philippa is really outgoing and friendly, and wouldn't be afraid to randomly introduce herself. I think they could be friends/acquaintances or something. If you have any other ideas, that'd be great 'cause I'm terrible with plotting. I'm open for anything with her, so whatever you think would work.

Yeah, being on the same team will help a lot. I would think they'd become pretty good friends through that. He'd offer to help her out with stuff if she needed it, that kind of thing. But, I guess start off as just teammates, and grow from there! He loves meeting new people and everything, and if she's the friendly type, he'll have no objections on being a friend =]

Elijah & Bently: Can these two have a sort of bromance going on? Eli is an average student while Bently is popular so I'm not sure if that would work for you. I could just see Elijah giving Bently such a hard time about everything but he really does mean the best. He'd probably see him as a big douchebag but when it comes down to it, Bently would be his friend that he'd do anything for, which is rare for Eli. Just let me know if you have something else in mind! Eli is one of those characters I can see having friends or enemies so if you need more enemies I can do that for you!
Noah & Bently: Okay, these two would definitely be enemies. Noah hates most rich people since he's at the school on scholarship and he's pretty much dirt poor. This would make him dislike Bently, but not be enough to hate him. If you have any ideas why these two would be at each other's throats all the time, let me know!
