He definitely likes boys and hes okay with 'pretending' in public but the minute anyone things he really is he tries to change it by hooking up with a girl or flirting with them or what not. Ozwald can be a moody little bitch at times, but for the most part he likes to pretend nothing affects him. He doesn't come off as dicky as he sounds, but he definitely has his moments. He likes to be in control as well. Ozwald comes from a lot of money and he does not get along with his father much. Its probably why he gets into his little moods. He might have that look about him like he thinks hes better then everyone but once you get to know him hes not that bad. Hes also tends to be very sarcastic.
