the plot thickens~
maybe he's had a thing for her forever and everybody knows. very obvious, and he doesn't hide it from her at all, but at the same time it's like this open secret because she's always been involved with somebody else. and because of the timing and the circumstances he's always figured she wasn't into him, accepted it and never pushed the issue, even though he has communicated his interest to her honestly. maybe it's even put a bit of a cloud over whatever relationships he's had in the mean time, because it's common knowledge in the school that he holds a torch for anna, and even if it isn't actually that big a deal to him, the grapevine always blows that kind of thing out of proportion. like, he's interested in her, but in reality it's that simple and isn't like he's pining. she and him know the real situation, but in terms of other people it's kind of awkward?

awwhhhh omg i love it <3 i really have nothing else to add because this is really rather perfect. now i think anna's just kind of playing around with quite a few guys to try and get over jasper and to just kind of see what her options are, keeping it rather noncommittal. but i can definitely see them flirting quite a bit now, and idk. the whole roommate situation is slightly awkward most def hahah. nowadays i can just see them chilling and watching movies or something and cuddling but seeing as anna is supposed to have a thing with tariq's roommate not much else happens? idek

and then the plot thickens once again: i just plotted with dee and we decided that tariq and delphine are either going to get together, or almost get together but go their separate ways before things get official, depending on how things pan out ic. so with tariq kind of being in an ambiguous situation where he may or may not be in a relationship - that complicates things with anna once again. i really like your ideas. he'd be really conflicted because on the one hand he likes anna enough to excuse himself/convince himself that he's technically not doing anything wrong, particularly if he and delphine hadn't had the ~exclusivity conversation yet... but on the other hand, he'd feel like he was crossing a line. and i think all this would create tension with cohen, too, so i'll talk to ariel about it lol.

Claire and Melody: Ok...well since our face claims are sisters in real life we definitely need to plot these two. I think they would be pretty good friends. They're the same age, so they would have classes together. They also seem to have similar personalities, so I can see them bonding quickly. Melody would also depend on Claire a lot to get away from everything, as she doesn't have many friends outside of her brother and his friends.

scarlett & anna
they're roommates, so they would definitely be spending some time together and i think they would get along pretty well! anna is pretty much the epitome of what scarlett wants to be but is way too self conscious to try (confident, proud, etc.). they're also both very motherly so i could see them looking out for each other, especially so at parties. i don't know, i just think they'd be fun friends! we can do anything with them, though! (:

both are members of the never been kissed club! hahaha. they're both intelligent and enjoy learning, so maybe just acquaintances through their love of learning? this one's a toughie!

EDWARD & ANNA even though i am going to be late for work, this is more important due to the fact that we have waited so long for this to happen. so basically, the epic friendship of theirs with underlying teasing and sexual tension allows them to have the foundation for an amazing flirty friendship. it might have been rocky at the start with his overprotective ways but anna warmed up to his rather goofy charm quickly and the two have been inseparable ever since. they call upon each other for advice (relationship, fashion...), movie nights, sleepovers, they care for one another and that care and tension will slowly morph into the epicness that will be anna banana and eddie boy. yes?

ANNABEL&ISABELLA
I think these two would mesh pretty well together. Where Anna is motherly, Isabella can be childish- while Anna is friendly Issy can come across as snobbish. Essentially I have the idea that they would balance each other out rather nicely. They’re in Cheer together so have that interaction already but Isabella’s love for shopping could be what they started bounding over, going on sprees together and major girl talk tends to happen during those times.
CLAIRE&ISABELLA
Having brothers is great but eventually Claire is going to need an older girl to confide in and ask for advice. Issy is in Junior League and volunteers plenty so though Claire wouldn’t have really been on her radar around school they could meet through that (or already have met) and Isabella take on an older sister role.

omg this does sound reaaall entertaining... I can see it. claire would just kinda go with it and be like "uhm wat, what do you want me to do, i don't... what" 24/7. and idk, we could just say that they have the same home room or something. met through gio, even. yaaayy bad influence!
ANNA & ISABELLA
I agree! i think they could certainly help balance each other out. I see plenty of shopping trips in their future, and of course, cheer things - banquets, practice, games, bus rides, team bonding activities.

ok yes, older sister role sounds adorable <3 I agree, they could have easily met through volunteer things around the school. so at this point, I can see a nice bond forming c;

i know right? i think either meeting origin could work. you can totally choose. i'm open for whatever. gwen would totally take her under her wing and think of her as a mini her. and she would try to make claire more like her because she's so lonely and she needs a friend and claire looked like the perfect candidate. oooo. wait. LIGHTBULB. what if claire was like watching Gwendy. not like, stalkerish, but more like a curious gaze whenever they were in the same room. and gwen finally talked to her and all claire would tell her she wanted to be like her or something like that. does that work for you?
